Xakia services customers around the globe with teams located in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, Netherlands, and more. Xakia provides a SaaS-based solution to in-house legal teams to streamline their legal operations through matter management, legal intake, spend management, contract management, and more using automation, APIs, and highly sophisticated legal data analytics.
An opportunity is now available to join the growing Xakia customer service team and play an important role in continuously improving the experience for Xakia’s in-house legal customers.

We are looking for a Kansas City-based person who is tech-savvy, can execute sensible decision-making, and exhibits strong communication skills as they support customers in discovering the gems of Xakia's software and resolve issues in a friendly and time-efficient manner.
