SUMMARY:Garmin Engineering Day Camp
DESCRIPTION:Garmin is pleased to be hosting Garmin Engineering Day Camp July 18-21 at Garmin headquarters from 8:30 a.m. 2 p.m. each day. At the camp\, incoming (2023 2024) high school freshmen and sophomore students will get hands-on electrical\, mechanical and software engineering experience by working alongside Garmin professionals and their team members to build a rover. In addition to experiencing the engineering design process\, students will gain valuable insight into the world of STEM opportunities.\n\n\n\nOn the last day of camp\, Friday\, July 21\, students will be able to show off their work to parents and guests during a special challenge test. More details to be be provided to program participants.\n\n\n\nInterested students are requested to fill out an application for participation. Space is limited. Applications will close on Friday\, April 14. Accepted applicants will be notified in early May.
