ONLINE: Data Security & Breach Notification Act of 2020 | Presented by the Technology Association of Georgia

A national data breach notification law may finally become a reality with Senator Rob Portman’s Data Security & Breach Notification Act of 2020. Members of the National Technology Security Coalition (NTSC) are currently reviewing the draft legislation.
