Software Development Manager

The Software Development Manager (SDM) will lead and supervise a team of software developers, including the software quality assurance (QA) staff. Mentoring and developing the Development team through all aspects of their IT career will be an important function of this role. Providing additional training and performance reviews/feedback are critical aspects of the role.
