Location: remote work environment (permanently)
Position Type: full-time, day
Travel: occasional domestic travel, less than 5% of time annually
The Global Alzheimer’s Platform Foundation is seeking an independent and responsible Program Coordinator, Budgets and Proposals to support Project Manager(s). This position requires excellent organization and coordination skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of external communications and internal processes.
Job Summary
This position will report to and provide daily support for the Project Manager for Clinical Trial Services. This person requires the ability to work in a start-up environment where teamwork, initiative, flexibility and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude is prevalent and valued.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support Business Development process for drafting and proofing budgets and proposals submitted to prospective customers, ensuring the highest quality in the process and proposals.
  • Manage process for contract filing and tracking.
  • Support administrative responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities may include:
    • Coordination  of organizational SOP’s/ standard template documents through semi-annual review, reporting and revision.
    • Administrative support for internal platforms including, but not limited to Salesforce and Concur.
    • Project coordination and support responsibilities for programs and initiatives in the Clinical Trial Services department.
    • Development and maintenance of annual scientific conference schedule: costs, deadlines, attendees, etc.
    • Manage LYFT program, including external customer communications and reporting of program metrics         
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements

4-8 years experience, preferably in the clinical trial industry or budget and proposal development.
Bachelor’s degree required
Expertise working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Salesforce and Concur preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail, organizational and management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
