The Director - Mission Critical provides overall leadership for the Mission Critical segment within BBNA. This role involves guiding the general business strategy, long-term planning and driving earnings growth through established goals. The Director - Mission Critical is responsible for hiring and developing staff members and collaborating with brands and divisions within BBNA while creating a work environment of continuous improvement. All activities support BBNA’s overall business strategy and mission.

 

Key Focus Areas

  • Develop and maintain strategies for business growth, sales enablement and perform business planning.
  • Prepare and execute project win strategies for mission critical projects using value propositions and unified selling strategies.
  • Collaborate across brands, divisions, and segments to provide optimal solutions to customers.
  • Develop relationships with Builders, brand sales teams, General Contractors, Architects and Engineers, and represent BBNA on a national scale.
  • Develop and manage segment budget and budget reporting, monitoring the overall financial health of the business unit.
  • Set margins and pricing on project bids/estimates.
  • Guide project solutions internally and externally, ensuring smooth hand-offs to various internal clients for execution.
  • Oversee overall project execution and field/project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish best-practice methodologies and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Manage risk and ensure project compliance with safety, environmental and customer standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams for segment improvement.
  • Manage the hiring process and employment decisions.

 

Experience/Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant experience in construction,
  • Successful experience in a leadership role
