As we continue to grow, we are seeking a marketing professional to join our team.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a demonstrable track record of success substantially contributing to cross-channel integrated marketing initiatives in a professional services or education environment

  • Enjoy working with a diverse team and a portfolio of clients across industries in a vibrant, collaborative, and human-centered work environment

  • Understand that technology investments only live up to their potential when the user experience is well-designed 



  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to plan and execute marketing initiatives for Useagility and other First Tek brands, primarily focusing on digital consulting, user experience research and design, web and mobile development, and education technology

  • Manage tactical implementation of digital and print marketing activities, including campaign planning and alignment with business development activities

  • Leverage data and technology to facilitate decision-making and efficient delivery of integrated marketing campaigns

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Support the development of  online conversation and engagement strategies 

  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results

  • Execute and coach others in adhering to our brand standards and corporate identity

  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

  • Participate in social media engagement and conversations

  • Develop compelling content and messaging to post to various platforms including social media, blogs, website, and email marketing

Minimum Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

  • Strong hands-on digital marketing and content strategy experience (3+ years)

  • Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience

  • Experience in a B2B organization, SaaS experience strongly preferred

  • Exceptional  written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Pendo)

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Quick and enthusiastic learner

  • Flexibility

  • Desire to work collaboratively and build relationships with all individuals at all levels 

  • Familiarity with Emfluence a plus
