Audio Visual Engineering + Installation Coordinator

Reporting to the AV Engineering and Installation Supervisor, the A/V Engineering and Installation Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination and management of Technology installation and service for client projects. The A/V Engineering and Installation Coordinator serves as the primary contact for the A/V Engineering and Installation team and is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day relationship and tasks through the life of the project.

 ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES/FUNCTIONS: 

  • Oversee and administer tech installation and engineering teams, including schedules, review and approval of expenses, and staffing

  • Work with Creative, Technology and Engineering teams to ensure best practices are followed for system design, installation and service and that products are depicted accurately in Engineering drawings.

  • Responsible for coordination and delivery of equipment for tech installations

  • Procurement of equipment for technology installations

  • Source and supervise any subcontract resources that are needed to complete a project

  • Assist service team with troubleshooting and resolving service issues

  • System Administration of tech components

 

 KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: 

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 

  • Ability and desire to learn new skills and software quickly

  • Demonstrated willingness to take direction and constructive critique; be coachable

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide creative problem-solving.

  •  Possess an authentic team player attitude and always be willing to help

  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that demonstrate solution-oriented components

  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

  •  Exhibit a positive, professional attitude and approachable communication style

  •  Be extremely flexible; go where needed, when needed

 

 EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPEREINCE: 

  • 3+ Years of residential and commercial A/V integration

  • Experience working in Technical support and troubleshooting
