About Us

Bell/Knott & Associates was founded in 1988 with a focus on serving our corporate clients, particularly those in the mission critical industry.

The 1980's and 1990's saw a focus on enterprise clients such as DST Systems and AT&T building Tier III and Tier IV critical facilities, with some even requiring resistance to tornadic projectiles from EF4 tornados. Starting with the development of the Sprint E | Solutions sites in the 2000's, we saw an industry shift to colocation and a client focus on mostly Tier III sites. The 2020's finds us continuing work for colo providers as well as a selection of Hyperscale clients.
